The President of Discovery Alliance is John Lynn. John, an intellectual property expert and registered patent lawyer, has been involved in technology licensing for over two decades. Prior to starting Discovery Alliance with Capital Southwest, John worked as an inventor and successful entrepreneur. As President of Healthmark LLC and SquidSoap LLC, John took his own inventions and launched a consumer product from scratch. The product, SquidSoap, made its way on to the shelves of WalMart and Target.
Prior to working on his own inventions he was Executive Vice President and General Counsel of DuPont Photomasks.
